1. Buyers must have current, valid, photo I.D. (Driver License) and be at least 21 years old.

2. To sign up for the auction, you need to report to location's office the morning of the auction, sign in, receive a bidder number, sign our policy agreement, show a photo id (we will need to make a copy of this), and provide us with a copy of your tax certificate if you are tax-exempt. These certificates must be current. Out of date forms are not acceptable, even if they show the same number. Failure to provide this with registration info (before start of auction) will result in sales tax being applied to this sale.

4. Full Payment (Bid, Sales Tax and Security Deposit) Due Immediately Upon Final Bid. If you do not have the total amount for payment of the unit, you cannot leave the facility grounds to obtain more money. Your bid will be voided, you will forfeit the unit, and it will be re-sold by the Auctioneer. NO EXCEPTIONS!

5. DEPOSITS: $50 per unit cleaning deposits are refundable only if units are cleaned out thoroughly and within allotted time (24 hours) If not, buyer forfeits deposit. $25 per unit deposit on any additional units purchased by same buyer.

6. UNITS AUCTIONED ONE AT A TIME. Prospective buyers please view from doorway only. DO NOT GO INSIDE, OPEN BOXES OR TOUCH ITEMS.

7. No items can be removed until end of auction.

8. You must have your own locks to protect your purchase.

9. Winning buyers must remove the entire contents of purchased units and leave nothing behind at the site within 24 hours. Any items left in unit after these 24 hours will become property of Lovelady Mini Storage, LLC and may be disposed of at our discretion. Please stop by and tell the site office on your last trip that the unit is clear. Additional time for multiple unit purchases may be given at the discretion of management.

10. If more than 24 hours are required to remove the contents of the unit, you may rent the storage space from us at the regular monthly rate.

11. Our garbage dumpsters are for our rental customers ONLY. You may NOT dispose of any items from the unit(s) you were the winning bidder for. Doing so will result in forfeiture of deposit, and will prevent you from participating in future auctions.

12. We CANNOT release any information relating to the previous owners of the content you purchased. If you wish to return some items (such as pictures, vital records, etc.) please do so by placing the items in a sealed box or bag, and drop them off at our office with the unit number displayed on the packaging.

13. We may choose to pull any unit from auction at our discretion, prior to the auctioning of the unit. We make ALL reasonable efforts to insure that all of our customers have every opportunity to prevent their units from being sold at public auction.

14. Auctioneer's decision is final in the event of disputed bids on bid closing!

15. We reserve the right to refuse any bid.

16. No smoking, no alcoholic beverages and no children allowed during auction.

17. ALL UNITS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS. LOVELADY MINI STORAGE, LLC DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR THE CONTENTS OF AWARDED STORAGE UNIT. CONTENTS ARE AWARDED AS IS AND NO GUARANTIES OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

18. All bidders and/or participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lovelady Mini Storage, LLC, its legal representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, and the auctioneer of any damages or injury resulting from attendance and/or the removal of property from auction. Upon acceptance of a bid by the Auctioneer, the risk of loss to the property shifts to the winning bidder.
